*Responsibilities*
· Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person
· Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about day-to-day banking transactions, Dakota Community Bank & Trust products, and services.
· Maintain and balance a cash drawer
· Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
· Data entry in various platforms
· Open New Accounts

· Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
· Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
