Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the supervision of the provider.

Education and/or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
One year of clinical practice preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of SD and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
Occasional evenings and weekends for urgent care involvement, occasional holidays, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below.
Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
